This JIC 8305G is very special STARFLON® Gasket that is reinforced with some filler materials such as Carbon or Glass, etc. to improve Cold-Flow Phenomenon as the week point of Starflon Gasket. 4불화 에틸렌수지에 무기질 충진제 등을 사용하여 사용범위를 한층 더 넓힌 보강형 제품으로, PTFE의 약점인 Cold-Flow (클립현상)을 개선하였으며, 내열, 내약품성을 가지고 있어 각종 화학약품을 취급하는 라인의 가스켓으로 적합하다.

JIC-4201 HT is desingned mineral material with stainless steel tanged reinforced to versatile demanding sealing application for chemical and temperature resistance. Expecially, excellent in oxidation and chemical compatibility exceeds that of graphite and will successfully seal up to 980°C (1800°F). JIC-4201 HT 가스켓은 특수한 무기질 원료와 스테인리스가 보강되어 온도에 따른 변화가 없으며 최고 982°C (1800°F)까지 사용할 수 있다. 내식성과 내약품성이 Graphite 보다 뛰어나며 산화에 강하여 광범위하게 사용 가능.

•STARPITE® JIC 4310(A) & JIC 4310(B) sheet materials are a material containing a high percentge of phlogopite mica impregnated with a silicone binder.

•Mica, an aluminosilicate of mineral origin, has a lamellar and non-fibrous structure representing a satisfactory alternative to asbestos.

•This material gives “Hi-Temp” its thermal characteristics - weight loss at 800°C (1472°F) less than 5% - and its chemical resistance to solvents, acid, bases and mineral oils.
